Flag Color Game collects very little: your game scores, stored in your browser’s local storage, and anonymized usage data measured by Google Analytics 4 (described under Analytics below). There are no accounts, so we hold no names, email addresses, or payment details.

No accounts. No email addresses for gameplay. No ads. The game itself runs entirely in your browser; the only third-party data collection is the analytics service described below.

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), a web analytics service provided by Google, to understand how visitors use this site. GA4 sets cookies and collects anonymized usage data such as pages viewed, time on site, approximate location (city level), and device / browser type. This data is transmitted to and processed by Google. We do not use it to identify individual visitors. You can opt out by adjusting your browser’s cookie settings or by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. For more information, see Google’s Privacy Policy.

The game saves your best total under a single browser key, flag-color-game:best-score, so the results screen can show your personal best between visits. That data stays on your device and never leaves it. To clear it, use your browser’s “clear site data” or “clear browsing data” option for this site; the game will simply start fresh.

Our hosting provider processes standard technical request logs (things like IP address, browser type, requested page, and timestamp) to deliver pages, guard against abuse, and keep the service running. We don’t use these logs to profile visitors or track anyone across sites.

The game is not directed at children under 13, and it doesn’t knowingly collect personal information from anyone, children included. There are no accounts and no forms; the only data handling is what’s described above — local storage for scores and Google Analytics 4 for anonymized usage data.

If this policy ever changes, we’ll update this page and the date in the chip at the top. If the game ever starts collecting anything beyond what’s described here, this page will say so first.
