Flag Color Game is free to play for personal, non-commercial fun, and by using the site you accept these terms. There’s no account, no fee, and nothing to buy. The rest of this page spells out what that means: play fair, don’t try to break the site, and don’t republish our code or design.

You’re welcome to play for personal, non-commercial purposes: any device, any time, as many games as you like. No account and no fee involved.

Don’t interfere with the service or other people’s ability to use it. That means no automated abuse, no scraping the site or its flag data, and no attempts to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to any part of it. Play like a person, not a bot.

The site’s code, text, and design belong to Flag Color Game and can’t be copied or republished without permission. Flag artwork is based on public domain and freely licensed sources; the national flag designs themselves are factual symbols.

The game is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it running and accurate, but we don’t promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage connected to your use of the game.
